BodyBarre™?
BodyBarre™, created by RPM
owner Karyn, is a series of exercises targeted specifically
to slim the thighs, firm and lift the butt.
“I got so sick of my clients
complaining about their droopy, saddlebag behinds. There really
weren’t any good exercises that could firm and lift the
butt, without bulking the thighs—which squats and lunges
tend to do. Knowing, the body as well as I do, and having been
a choreographer for years, I designed these specific exercises,
made a routine, and then added music".
BodyBarre™ just might be
the hardest thing you’ve ever done, but the results are
