What is Bootcamp?

Target Training Bootcamp™ is only offered at RPM Fitness Studio. Our five week Battlezone™ course offers a compilation of regimented exercises and relaxation techniques. Most boot camps are 90% running and completing obstacle courses. We offer a challenging program set indoors.

Master Bootcamp - 6:00 am - 7:20 am
Monday - Friday, 5 Days a Week
1 hour 15 min
For those who are intensely serious about losing weight.

"Not Quite Ready For Bootcamp" Bootcamp - 9:30 am
M/W/F - 3 Days a Week
40 minute spin plus cross-training.

Nightcrawlers B00 pm - 7:30 pm
Monday, Tuesday, Tootcamp 6:hursday Evenings
Ideal if time is of the essence and you need to fit your fitness routine into fewer days.

5 WEEK INTENSE WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM

  • one-on-one nutrition counselling
  • body fat analysis
  • intense cross-training program including:
    • spinning®
    • cardio-kick
    • boxing
    • BodyBarre™
    • pilates
    • power yoga

Will it be too hard?

Bootcamp is challenging. Some of our students have said it is hard. But, the results speak for themselves. Bootcamp will jumpstart your body and each student is able to go at their own pace. We’ve had students as old as 70 years of age attending our Target Training Bootcamp™. The senior citizen managed to complete an 8-month program and she lost 45 lbs!
