What is Bootcamp?
Target Training Bootcamp™
is only offered at RPM Fitness Studio. Our five week Battlezone™
course offers a compilation of regimented exercises and relaxation
techniques. Most boot camps are 90% running and completing obstacle
courses. We offer a challenging program set indoors.

Master Bootcamp - 6:00
am - 7:20 am
Monday - Friday, 5 Days a Week

For those who are intensely serious about losing weight.
"Not Quite Ready For Bootcamp" Bootcamp - 9:30 am
M/W/F - 3 Days a Week
40 minute spin plus cross-training.
Nightcrawlers B00 pm - 7:30 pm
Monday, Tuesday, Tootcamp
6:hursday Evenings
Ideal if time is of the essence and you need to fit your fitness
routine into fewer days.
