What is Pilate Beats?

New on the schedule, a RPM favorite!! A unique upper body workout with a twist of Pilates -- Cynthia style. The first half of the class uses hand weights, sculpting your biceps, triceps, shoulders and back. The second half of the class brings in all the best parts of pilates, strengthen your core, flattening your abs, leaning out your thighs and hips, toning your butt--all to the pulsating hip hop beat!!
