I have always been someone who loved being fit. That’s not to say I LOVE the process. Finding something I can stick with and do so with people that have the know-how and innovation to motivate me has been the biggest task. When I found RPM, I admit I was hesitant because spinning had never been my workout of choice. And then I took a class. That was all it took! Cynthia and Karyn challenge me to push hard, live healthy, and always pay attention to my body in the process. Their goal is to keep every single client healthy, fit, happy and above all: injury free. I’ve never come across trainers with more concern for their clients then these ladies. I started with SlimFit Boot Camp and have lost weight, changed my lifestyle, and have permanently adopted way better eating habits.

This gym and Cynthia and Karyn are a huge gift to anyone looking to change their lives and find a fitness routine they’ll feel passionate about. I have finally broken through my plateau and have successfully lost 13 pounds. I have 10-15 more to go and I’ll be at my high school weight and stronger and leaner than I have in decades!

“It’s hard to believe a Groupon brought me to RPM because 3 years later – I’m still going strong 7 days a week!… 6AM Slimfit Boot Camp Monday through Friday, Fat Burning Saturday mornings with Cynthia and Spin/Yoga with Karyn on Sundays.

After just one spin class at RPM, I had this feeling that they would help me achieve a goal that at the time felt very impossible.  I walked into RPM at 150lbs.  I had managed to go from 230lbs to 150lbs on my own through diet and exercise but I was stuck at 150.  Nothing I tried worked.   After all that hard work shedding 80lbs – I was feeling really discouraged.  I had come so far and really wanted to take my fitness to the next level.

Lucky for me, Karyn and Cynthia had the solution – RPM’s Slimfit Bootcamp!  It might seem extreme to say that this boot camp has changed my life, but it’s just the truth.  I’ve lost 35lbs and have a flat stomach and muscle definition for the first time in my life – but honestly what I value most is the education that Cynthia and Karyn have given me.  This is the first place I’ve found that educates you about food and how it effects YOUR body.  The individual attention and support is what makes this place amazing.  If you are ready to listen and learn, this place will give you an education in nutrition and fitness that’s based on your own results.

Thanks to Cynthia and Karyn, I no longer feel helpless.  I know what works for me and what I need to do to not only achieve my weight loss and fitness goals but more importantly – to maintain them.
