This type of spinning, also called “Core Spinning” focuses on using the core, and a faster style of spinning using more the of “slow twitch” muscles.  This style creates a much different result: a more lean, slim body, as opposed to a bulky one.  This level of spinning, along with the brand new state of the art Spinner® NXT spin bikes, a cutting edge sound system will give you a ride like no other!

 

BEGINNERS

Basics

  • A Basic class is required for a beginning spin student before taking our intermediate/advanced classes
  • Personalized instruction concentrating on form and technique
  • 30 minutes of focused training

INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED

RPM Spin

  • Master the RPM Spin through high energy, music driven and beat oriented workouts
  • High speed running, jumping, core workout, climbing
  • 1 hour spin

Spin & Abs

  • A blend of the RPM spin with an intense abdominal sculpting routine
  • 1 hour spin/20 min abs

Spin & Sculpt

  • A blend of the RPM spin with a muscle toning and lengthening mat Pilates routine
  • 1 hour spin/20 min sculpt

Spin & Yoga

  • A blend of the RPM spin with relaxing Yoga routine
  • 1 hour spin/20 min Yoga

The Road Ride

  • This high intensity cardio workout is a must for those who are cyclists or just spin addicted
  • Learn how to get “in the zone” while building mental and physical endurance and stamina
  • This class only focuses on fast running and medium/heavy resistance climbing
  • 1 hour spin

ADVANCED

Fat Burning Spin

  • This class focuses on speed work and burning fat
  • The highest calorie burning class (600-1000 cal)
  • 1 hour non-stop spin
